Refund policy

For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Because our treats are a perishable, consumable product made fresh in small batches for your pet, we cannot resell or accept any item once it has left our facility — this protects the safety and quality of every order we ship.

That said, your satisfaction — and your pet's — matters to us. If there is ever an issue with your order, whether it arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply isn't right, please reach out to us at chutropets@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.
